There are two kinds of heat shrinkable tubes with glue, one is a double wall tube with glue, and another is a glue lined wall tube. Many customers have asked me the difference between the two products and the use of adhesive, here we will discuss.

 

Dual wall heat shrink tube with lined adhesive are made by co-extrusion and glue coating. The thickness of glue coating is uniform. It looks like two layers of pipes, so it is called dual wall tube. The wiring of water pump is waterproof, underwater lighting, automobile oil tube, high grade line and beam.

 

The middle wall casing of glue coating adopts the technology of expanding first and then gluing. According to the different gluing technology, it can be divided into direct coating and spiral gluing. Both are machine gluing, which can be distinguished by naked eyes. The inner wall glue layer of the direct coating is vertical stripe; the inner wall of the spiral gluing machine is circular. The diameter of the middle wall casing is relatively large, suitable for external corrosion protection and reinforcement of small diameter steel pipe, stainless steel and other hard objects, such as acoustic testing pipe, concrete buried steel pipe connection waterproof, corrosion protection.
