Application: In communication engineering, we often need to seal and protect  the joint conversion of antenna and feeder. After the connection is completed, we need to protect the conversion place. The common method used in engineering now is to use the antenna-feeder joint protection box for protection. But the author believes that we should have better protection methods to choose the cold shrink tube. Cold-shrinkable pipe is a rubber insulating sleeve which is pre-expanded on the pullable supporting pipe. When it is used, only the supporting pipe is pulled out after positioning, and the radial pressure of the cold-shrinkable pipe is used to form a coating, playing the role of waterproof and moisture-proof sealing. Especially EPDM rubber made of cold shrinkable tube, with excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, to achieve the role of breathing seal, is an ideal sealing material for communication cables, coaxial cables, medium and low voltage power cables. These characteristics of the junction box is not available, because the box has a gap easy to enter the water joint damp, resulting in poor communication signal or no signal directly. Moreover, the PE material used in the joint box is not as good as the rubber material in the anti-aging line. So the life of the junction box is shorter. In other respects, cold shrinkage also has good performance. His single root is light in weight and convenient in operation.
